摘  要:针对电机驱动的设计问题,提出了基于Proteus的快速解决方案。以RS-540电机为例,在分析H桥对驱动性能影响的基础上,采用"预驱动+外置H桥"方式,设计了一种高性能电机驱动,兼容各型微控制器;在其硬件开发中引入了Proteus虚拟开发技术,在设计阶段重现并解决电路问题,自动化程度高,体现了效率优势。测试表明,该设计驱动能力强,发热小,满足智能车竞速需求,为电机驱动开发提供了借鉴。For the problem for motor driver design,a rapid solution is proposed based on proteus. Take RS-540 motors for example, the key effects of H-bridge on drive performance are analyzed,and a universal and powerful motor drive is designed by predrive & external H-bridge,which is compatible with all kinds of microcontrollers;proteus virtual simulation technology is brought into its hardware development,and how to design the circuits and offer solutions early is introduced in details, which demonstrates advantages of proteus in rapid hardware development. Test results verity that its driving performance agrees well with theoretical design, which meets smart cares requirements for racing.
