摘  要:采用间歇聚合工艺制备氨纶纺丝原液,将原液置于不同温度下进行熟化,熟化过程中监测原液黏度变化,并利用顶空气相色谱测试原液中的剩余胺含量,以量化原液二次扩链程度,阐明原液熟化机理。结果表明:相同熟化时间内,原液黏度与熟化温度呈三次函数关系;黏度增长源于二次扩链和分子链舒展两种因素,其中二次扩链主要发生在熟化时间为0~24 h,且对黏度增长贡献较小;分子链舒展是黏度增长的根本原因,当熟化温度小于45℃时,分子链舒展主要发生在熟化时间为24~48 h,当温度大于50℃时分子链舒展发生在整个熟化过程。Spandex spinning solution was prepared by batch polymerization and was matured at different temperature, during which the viscosity change of the spinning solution was monitored and the residual amine amount was measured by headspace gas chromatography in order to quantify the degree of second chain extension and explore the maturing mechanism. The results showed that the viscosity of the spinning solution showed the cubic function of maturing temperature at the same maturing time; the viscosity growth resulted from a second chain extension and molecular stretch, and the second chain extension dominantly oc- curred at the maturing time of 0 -24 h and contributed little to the viscosity growth; the molecular stretch was the dominant factor bearing upon the viscosity growth, which mainly occurred at the maturing time of 24 - 48 h at the maturing temperature below 45 ℃ and occurred during the whole maturing process at the temperature above 50 ℃.
