摘　　要：[目的]探讨富士能智能分光染色放大内镜(FICE)联合小探头超声内镜(MPS)在结直肠平坦及隆起病变中的诊断价值。[方法]经结肠镜检出大肠黏膜平坦、隆起性病变患者93例,共发现≤2cm平坦、隆起病变数165个;所有病变均记录内镜下大体形态,后行FICE观察病变腺管开口形态及黏膜表面血管网形态,初步判断病变性质,再行MPS观察病变大小、来源、边界及回声性质等,进一步判断病变性质。比较单纯FICE检查、FICE联合MPS检查与病理诊断的一致性。[结果]FICE联合MPS判断结直肠平坦及隆起病变的良、恶性性质的灵敏度(91.4%)、准确率(88.5%)均高于单纯FICE,漏诊率及误诊率均低于后者,且与病理诊断具有较好的一致性(Kappa值=0.756)。[结论]FICE联合MPS检查对结直肠平坦及隆起病变的诊断价值较高,有利于判断病变性质及指导临床治疗方案的选择。[Objective]To evaluate the diagnostic value of Fuiinon Intelligent Chromoendoscopy（FICE） combined with miniprobe ultrasonography（MPS）on coloreetal flat and protrude lesions. [Methods]From August 2014 to August 2016,93 patients with colorectal flat and protrusion lesions were examined by colonoscopy. A total of 165 cases of flat and protrude lesions were found by colonoseopy. The size of the le- sions were all less than 2 cm. After recording the gross morphology of all lesions,the pit patterns and the morphology of the mucosal surface vascular network were observed by magnifying FICE. Then,the lesions size,origin, boundary and echo nature were further examined by MPS to compare the consistency of magni- fying FICE,magnifying FICE combined with miniprobe ultrasonography and pathological diagnosis, iRe- suits]The sensitivity（91.4 %）and the accuracy rate（88.5 %）of magnifying FICE combined with MPS were higher than those of magnifying FICE alone. And the misdiagnosis rate and missed rate of the former were both lower than the latter. Compared with pathological diagnosis, magnifying FICE combined with MPS had higher consistency（Kappa：O. 756）. [Conclusion]Magnifying FICE combined with MPS is valuable for the diagnosis of colorectal flat and protrude lesions. It is helpful to determine the nature of lesions and choice of clinical treatment.
