综合护理干预对精神分裂患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预在精神分裂患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月~2013年12月我院收住院的168例精神分裂症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各84例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予综合护理干预,对比两组患者护理前后的简明精神病量表(BPRS)、健康调查简表(SF-36)、社会功能评定量表(SSPI)评分情况。结果护理前两组患者BPRS、SSPI和SF-36评分,组间对比无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后两组患者BPRS评分均降低,SSPI和SF-36评分均升高,且观察组上述量表评分改善情况较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以更显著改善精神分裂症患者的病情、生命质量和社会功能。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life and social function in patients with schizophrenia Methods 168 cases of schizophrenic patients treated in our hospital were selected from January 2012 to December 2013 and then randomly divided into the control group who received conventional nursing care and the observation group who were given comprehensive nursing intervention,84 patients in each group,the scores of BPRS、SF-36 and SSPI of the patients in these two groups were compared before and after the treatment and nursing. Results There was no significant differences of BPRS,SSPI and SF-36 scores between the groups（P〈0.05）. After the intervention,the BPRS scores of two groups both decreased while SSPI and SF-36 scores both increased,and the improvements of the scales＇ scores mentioned above in the observation group were more significantly than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of schizophrenia patients was much better to improve the symptoms,quality of life and social function of schizophrenia patients.
