优质护理服务对无抽搐电休克治疗抑郁症病人的影响观察

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务对无抽搐电休克治疗抑郁症病人中的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年6月~2014年6月收治做无抽搐电休克治疗的抑郁症病人217例,随机分成观察组109例,对照组108例。对照组实施常规护理措施(功能制护理),观察组实施优质护理服务,通过精神护理观察量表比较两组在无抽搐电休克治疗前后的总积极因素以及对治疗的依从性,通过我院自制满意度调查表进行问卷调查病人满意度。结果观察组的总积极因素明显高于对照组,更好配合治疗而且满意度更高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施优质护理服务对改善无抽搐电休克治疗病人的总积极因素,提高病人对无抽搐电休克治疗依从性和满意度以及护理质量有促进作用,值得推广。Objective To discuss the application effect of patients by modified electric convulsive therapy using quality care services. Methods We selected 217 major depression patients who received modified electric convulsive therapy（MECT）coming from our hospital on Jun 2012~Jun 2014,that were divided into observering group and control group randomly. Observering group used quality care services（Functional Nursing）and control group used Routine nursing. We compared varity of two groups by Nurses＇ Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation（NOSIE）and satisfaction by salf-made satisfaction scale and compliance by treatment times. Results There are notable statistical differences between two groups in generally positive factors,satisfaction and compliance. Conclusion Quality care services is a effective measure for depression patients therapy by MECT,that can improve rehabilitation,increase satisfaction and enlarge compliance.
