借助脑功能磁共振技术从中医整体恒动观入手探讨推拿脑激活的中枢响应机制

摘　　要：中医整体恒动观对于中医临床具有重要的指导意义。现代研究表明中医推拿作为一种外治法,能够在整体上调节机体的生理、病理状况,除了局部生物力学机制外,关键还在激活效应脑区,有效调控中枢机制达到治疗的目的,如推拿对穴位-脑、脑肠轴、骨骼肌-脑、关节-脑等均具有广泛调整作用。因此,以具备动态观察机体生理病理状态的脑功能磁共振技术作为研究桥梁,联合已知的推拿脑效应的研究成果,以中医整体恒动观为切入点,可望从神经影像学角度客观、系统地阐释推拿脑激活的中枢响应机制。The TCM concepts of holism and perpetual motion have an important guiding significance for clinical treatment. Modern researches showed that Tuina,as an external treatment,could regulate physiological and pathological conditions in general,the key mechanism of which was the activation of brain regions to effectively regulate the central system,besides local biomechanical mechanism. For example,Tuina has an extensive adjustment function on acupoint-brain,brain-gut axis,skeletal muscle-brain,and joint-brain. Therefore,this research aimed to objectively and systematically elaborate the central response mechanism of brain activation from the perspective of neuroimaging,with the bridge of brain MRI technique and the TCM concept of holism and perpetual motion,taking the known research results as reference.
