摘 要:"微课"是互联网时代一种新型的课堂教学类型。它以新颖独特、短小精悍的特点在教育市场得到了普及。随着"翻转课堂"的兴起,两者异曲同工的结合,使教学既符合时代的教育要求,又凸显了学生在教育过程中的主体地位,促进了学习目标的达成。本文分为五个部分对两个概念在成人教育中的结合运用进行阐述。首先,对概念与特征进行了清晰的界定;其次,对两者实施的条件进行了阐述,从教学平台、教学资源、教师队伍等几个方面再加以优势对比和阐明主题;最后,将基于微课的翻转教学模式在成人教育中的实施策略,从服务系统、课程建设、教师队伍、执行流程和评价体系五个方面进行详细的解说。通过这一研究,找到更适合成人教育的教学模式,促进成人教育质量的提高,进而提高全民的综合素质。With the advent of internet, micro course has been uprising as a novel model of teaching, whose characteristics like originality and conciseness have contributed a lot to its wide acclaim in the educational domain. In the meantime, the flipped classroom is emerging as another new one. Since they both lay great emphasis on learner-centeredness, if combined, they could jointly facilitate the teaching. This paper elaborates their application in adult education, in an endeavor to optimize approaches to adult education, enhance the teaching quality and improve people's overall quality. Firstly, their definitions and properties are illustrated. Secondly, their construction is discussed in terms of platform, material, and teachers. Thirdly, strategies are proposed in aspects of service system, curriculum design, teachers, procedural program and evaluation system.
