摘　　要：iASPP(inhibitor of ASPP family)是p53凋亡刺激蛋白家族ASPP(apoptosis stimulating protein of p53)中唯一的一个抑制因子,能够抑制p53诱导的细胞凋亡。iASPP基因在癌组织中表达上调,对肿瘤的发生发展起重要促进作用,是肿瘤预后较差的一个重要标志。当iASPP基因沉默后,肿瘤细胞凋亡增多,因而iASPP基因有望成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点。iASPP（ inhibitor of ASPP family） is the only one inhibitory factor of ASPP family（ apoptosis stimulating protein of p53）,which can inhibit apoptosis induced by p53. Over-expression of iASPP has been found in cancer tissue,which plays an important role in the development of cancer,and is an important sign of poor prognosis of tumor. Suppression of iASPP protein expression can upregulate apoptosis of cancer cells. Therefore,it＇s suggested that iASPP may serve as a potential therapeutic target for cancer.
