摘　　要：目的:探讨肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病(PLAM)的X线和多层螺旋CT的图像特点,提高对该病的认识及诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析2例经病理证实的PLAM患者的影像资料。结果:2例患者均为女性.以反复发作性气促为主要临床表现;典型影像表现:双肺弥漫间质样改变,伴双肺弥漫薄壁囊状影,分布均匀,囊壁间肺组织大致正常。结论:PLAM的X线和CT表现具有一定的特征性,结合临床特征可提示该病诊断。Objective To investigate the characteristics of X-ray and multi-slice CT images of pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis（ PLAM） so as to improve understanding and diagnosing the disease. MethodsRetrospective analysis of the imaging data from the 2 confirmed cases of PLAM were done. Results The 2 patients were all female,with repeated episodes of shortness of breath as the main clinical manifestations. The typical imaging findings were Diffuse pulmonary interstitial changes,diffused thin-wall cystic shadow,the cysts were well-distributed,while the pulmonary tissues between the cystic walls were normal. Conclusions PLAM has a certain characteristic of X-ray and CT,clinical features may prompt disease diagnosis.
