经皮微波热消融疗法联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效及生活质量分析

摘　　要：目的:分析经皮微波热消融疗法联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效及生活质量。方法:选取且分析于2016年2月-2017年4月期间接收的66例晚期NSCLC患者资料,按照临床采取的医治方案分为2组,其中行化疗医治的作为对照组(33例),将联合经皮微波热消融疗法医治的作为实验组(33例),比较2组近期疗效与生活质量。结果:与实验组75.76%对比,对照组治疗近期疗效45.45%显著更低(P<0.05);与实验组(87.36±7.18)分、(86.64±7.42)分、(87.29±7.65)分、(89.55±7.98)分、(90.21±7.32)分比较,对照组CF、SF、EF、RF、PF评分均显著更低(P<0.05)。结论:晚期NSCLC患者行PMCT与化疗联合治疗可取得确切疗效,并提高其生活质量,可被临床推广、应用。Objective： To analyze the short-term efficacy and quality of life of percutaneous microwave thermal ablation combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods： The data of 66 patients with advanced NSCLC received from February 2016 to April 2017,which were selected and divided into two groups according to the clinical treatment plan. The patients were treated with chemotherapy as control group（ 33 cases）,the others combined with percutaneous microwave thermal ablation therapy as the experimental group（ 33 cases）,then compared the recent efficacy and quality of life with two groups. Results： From the study we could saw that, compared with the experimental group（ 75. 76%）,the short-term curative effect was significantly lower in the control group（ 45. 45%）（ P 〈 0. 05）. And the scores of CF,SF,EF,RF,PF in the control group were significantly lower,which compared with the experimental group（ 87. 36 ± 7. 18）,（ 86. 64 ± 7. 42）,（ 87. 29 ± 7. 65）,（ 89. 55 ± 7. 98） and（ 90. 21 ± 7. 32）,（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：PMCT combined with chemotherapy in advanced patients with advanced NSCLC could obtain the exact curative effect and improve the quality of life. It could be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
