自酸蚀粘接剂Adper Easy One用于牙本质过敏症治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察Adper Easy One自酸蚀粘接剂治疗牙本质过敏的疗效。方法 56例(172颗牙)牙本质过敏症患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分成观察组(28例,90颗牙)和对照组(28例,82颗牙)。观察组给予Adper Easy One自酸蚀粘接剂治疗,对照组给予Gluma脱敏剂治疗,观察两组即刻疗效、3个月疗效、6个月疗效。结果治疗后,观察组即刻总有效率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3个月时复查,观察组总有效率为91.11%,明显高于对照组的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月时复查,观察组总有效率为86.67%,明显高于对照组的64.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Adper Easy One自酸蚀粘接剂具有良好的封闭性,能牢固地附着在牙齿表面,不易脱落和溶解,疗效显著,作用持久,操作简便,无刺激性,是一种可靠的牙本质脱敏剂。Objective To observe the curative effect of self-etching adhesive Adper Easy One applied for the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity. Methods A total of 56 patients （172 teeth） with dentin hypersensitivity as study subjects were divided by random number table method into observation group （28 cases, 90 teeth） and control group （28 cases, 80 teeth）. The observation group received self-etching adhesive Adper Easy One for treatment, and the control group received Gluma desensitizer for treatment. Observation was made on immediate curative effect, 3 and 6 months of curative effect in two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group had no statistically significant difference in immediate total effective rate comparing with the control group （P〉O.05）. Reexamination after 3 months of treatment showed that the observation group had obviously higher total effective rate as 91.11% than 75.61% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Reexamination after 6 months of treatment showed that the observation group had obviously higher total effective rate as 86.67% than 64.63% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Adper Easy One self-etching adhesive has good sealing ability, and it can firmly adhere to the surface of teeth. It is not easy to fall off and dissolved with significant curative effect, along with durable, easy to operate and without excitant. So it is a reliable dentine desensitizer.
