摘　　要：台湾学者陈芳明认为台湾一百多年来的社会性质就是殖民地性,台湾社会的现代性来自于殖民者的强行给予,台湾知识分子陷在抵抗殖民和追求现代性的两难框架之中。这种表述既是后殖民理论的误用,又是对台湾知识分子一百多年来追求现代化努力的一种遮蔽,最终导致以偏离中华文化为目的的台湾文学主体的建立。Taiwan Residents scholar Chen Fangming argues that the social character of Taiwan for more than 100 years has been colonial.As the he modernity of Taiwan was imposed by colonists,Taiwan Residents intellectuals have been torn between the resistance against colonialism and the pursuit of modernity.This expression not only demonstrated a misuse of postcolonial theory,but also dissimulated the efforts made by Taiwan Residents intellectuals to pursue modernization over the century.It ultimately led to the establishment of the main body of Taiwan Residents literature that aims to alienate itself from Chinese culture.
