广州市越秀区青少年吸烟、饮酒危险因素

摘　　要：目的探讨广州市越秀区青少年吸烟、饮酒行为危险因素,为制定适宜的健康教育干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,随机抽取越秀区大、中学889名在校学生进行问卷调查、logistic回归计算危险因素及其95%CI。结果越秀区青少年尝试吸烟率17.0%,尝试饮酒率65.0%。母亲文化程度为高中、赌博、住宿、长时间上网、父亲务农以及学习成绩差是男生尝试吸烟的危险因素;现在饮酒、赌博以及学习成绩差是女生尝试吸烟的危险因素;尝试吸烟是男生现在吸烟的危险因素;尝试吸烟、有自杀计划和长时间上网是女生现在吸烟的危险因素;长时间上网和高中是男生尝试饮酒的危险因素;尝试吸烟、高中、抑郁及孤独感是女生尝试饮酒的危险因素;现在吸烟和尝试饮酒是男生现在饮酒的危险因素;尝试饮酒、游戏成瘾和失眠是女生现在饮酒的危险因素。结论在吸烟、饮酒方面,男女生有着不尽相同的危险因素,应采取必要措施有针对性地进行干预。[Objective] To investigate the risk factors of smoking and drinking among adolescents in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City,provide the basis for making appropriate health education interventions.[Methods] Based on stratified cluster sampling method,889 students were randomly collected from middle schools and universities in Yuexiu District,to perform the questionnaire investigation.Logistic rcgression was used to analyze the risk factors and calculate the 95% confidence interval.[Results] The rate of attempting smoking and attempting drinking among adolescents in Yuexiu District was 17.0% and 65.0% respectively.Mother＇s education level （high school）,gambling,accommodation,longer online time,father＆#39;s occupation （farmer） and poor academic performance were the risk factors of attempting smoking in male students.Current drinking,gambling and poor academic performance were risk factors of attempting smoking in female students.Attempting smoking was risk factor of current smoking in male students.Attempting smoking,suicide planning and longer online time were risk factors of current smoking in female students.Longer online time and senior high school student was risk factor of attempting drinking in male students.Attempting smoking,senior high school student and loneliness were risk factors of attempting drinking in female students.Smoking and attempting drinking were risk factors of current drinking in male students.Attempting drinking,game addiction and insomnia were risk factors of current drinking in female studcnts.[Conclusion] There are differences in risk factors of smoking and drinking between male and female students.It is necessary to take the targeted intervention measures.
