摘  要:目的了解甘肃省2011-2015年化学性食源性疾病暴发事件发生规律和流行特点。方法对甘肃省2011-2015年食源性疾病暴发事件报告系统中所报告的化学性食源性疾病暴发事件资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2011-2015年全省共报告化学性食源性疾病暴发事件20起,中毒176人,死亡16人,病死率为9.09%;报告事件多发生在第二季度,占总报告起数的60%;中毒场所以家庭最多,占总报告起数的70%;暴发事件发生的主要原因是亚硝酸盐中毒引起,其次是农药和鼠药,三者占总报告起数的85%,占总死亡人数的87.5%。结论甘肃省化学性食源性疾病暴发事件以亚硝酸盐和农药、鼠药中毒为主,主要原因是误食被农药、鼠药、亚硝酸盐污染的食品,说明对亚硝酸盐和农药、鼠药的监管及健康教育仍需加强。Objective To understand regularity and epidemic characteristics of chemical foodborne disease outbreaks in Gansu province in 2011 - 2015. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was performed on chemical foodborne disease outbreak data from the reporting system of foodborne disease outbreak within Gansu province from 2011 to 2015. Results A total of 20 chemical foodborne disease outbreaks were reported in Gansu from 2011 to 2015, including 176 poisoned patients, 16 deaths. The case fatality rate is 9.09%. Most of the events occurred in the second quarter, accounting for 60% of the total report events; Most common poisoning places were home, accounting for 70% of the total report events; Nitrite poisoning is the leading cause of the incidents, followed by organic phosphorus and rodenticide tetramine, accounted for 85% of all reports and 87.5% of all dead cases. Conclusion In Gansu province, the chemical foodborne disease outbreaks was characterized by nitrite, pesticides, and rodenticide poisoning, and the main cause of deaths was foods contaminated with pesticides, rodenticide and nitrite. Monitoring of above substances and health education need to be strengthened.
