摘　　要：风湿病是一类复杂、难治疗而易于复发的疾病,在诊疗过程中,良好的医患沟通是取得疗效的先决条件,也是该科住院医师规范化培训学员必备的重要能力,作者所在教学团队在带教过程中认识到这一点,并针对规培医师医患沟通能力培养进行了努力和探索,取得了一些经验和启示,可能对同行有所帮助。The characteristics of rheumatism is complex, difficult to treat but easy to relapse, during the diagnosis and treatment process, good doctor-patient communication is an important ability for residents to obtain curative effect. In our clinic teaching of rheumatology department integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, it take much efforts in doctor-patient communication ability training of residents, the working experience gave us inspiration and may be helpful for counterparts .
