摘　　要：目的探究理气通降颗粒联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法随机选择86例在2015年6月—2016年6月期间我院收治的功能性消化不良患者,按随机数字法将其平分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组服用莫沙必利治疗,5mg/次,3次/d;观察组在莫沙必利治疗的基础上加服理气通降颗粒。详细记录患者治疗前后的消化不良症状评分及HAMA评分,并统计患者治疗的有效率。结果治疗后,观察组的腹胀不适、恶心烧灼感、早饱腹痛及HAMA评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的有效率(93.02%)明显高于对照组(79.07%),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=11.675,P=0.005)。结论采用理气通降颗粒联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良提高患者治疗的有效率,取得较好的临床效果,值得普及推广。Objective To explore the curative effect of Liqi Tongjiang granule combined with mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 86 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly selected in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 43 eases in each group. The control group was given mosapfide, 5mg/times, 3 times/d. Based on the treatment of mosapfide, the observation group was given Liqi Tongjiang granule. The symptom scores and HAMA scores of patients before and after treatment were recorded in detail, and the effective rate was statistically analyzed. Results After treatment, the abdominal distention, nausea, abdominal pain, burning sensation, early satiety and HAMA score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） . The effective rate of the observation group （93.02%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （79.07%） , and the difference was statistically significant （Х^2=11.675, P=0.005） . Conclusion Liqi Tongjiang granule combined with mosapride granule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia improved effective rate, and achieved better clinical effect, which is worthy of popularization.
