中医药高等院校重点学科建设思路探讨

摘　　要：中医药高等院校的重点学科建设应着力凸显自身中医中药特色,与西医院校形成差异化竞争;应集中精力发展与兄弟院校相比存在比较优势的学科,形成品牌效应;需要整合学科资源,以抱团提升实力,同时整合科研平台,以提升科研平台建设和使用的效率;需要建立健全人才梯队,以培养自己的领军人才和大师;需要积极引进关键设备和技术,从而为学科的发展提供硬件和软件基础;需要加强科研成果转化,使学科建设与经济社会发展良性促动;同时还应制定绩效考核和长远规划方案,使学科发展立于不败之地。The construction of key disciplines in universities of traditional Chinese medicine should strive to highlight its own charac-teristics of traditional Chinese medicine, differentiation into competition with Western medicine colleges and universities, should con-centrate on the development of the discipline of comparative advantage compared with other universities form the brand effect, need to integrate the discipline resources, by means of enhance strength, integration of scientific research platform at the same time, in or-der to enhance the efficiency of scientific research platform construction and the use, need to establish and improve the talent eche-lon, to develop their talents, need to actively introduce key equipment and technology, which provide hardware and software infras-tructure for the development of the discipline, need to strengthen the transformation of scientific research, so that discipline construc-tion and economic and social development benign. At the same time, we should also develop performance appraisal and long-term planning program, making the discipline development in an invincible position.
