明清时期不孕方用药规律探析

摘　　要：全面整理明清时期治疗不孕症的方剂,构建不孕方数据库,运用数理统计的方法,分析不孕方的药物组成及主治证候,总结明清时期关于治疗不孕症的方药经验。在对数据进行整理、分析的基础上,探究不孕症常见证型的组方用药规律,以期为不孕症的现代临床治疗提供借鉴。结果发现,气血不足证、气血失调证、寒凝胞中证、痰湿阻滞证、血虚证、下元虚寒证、肾精亏虚证、气血瘀滞证、肾阳虚证和肾气不足证等为不孕症的的高频证候,所涉及的脏腑主要为脾、肾以及肝,临床配伍用药十分灵活,各有偏重。Comprehensive prescription of the treatment of infertility during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the construction of infertili-ty database, the use of mathematical statistics method, analysis of the composition of the infertility and indications of drugs, summed up during the Ming and Qing on the treatment of infertility prescription experience. On the basis of data collation and analysis, we will explore the rule of prescriptions of common syndromes of infertility, so as to provide reference for the modern clinical treatment of infertility. The results showed that the deficiency of blood and gas, gas and blood disorder syndrome, cold coagulation cell syn-drome and phlegm dampness, blood deficiency, element deficiency cold syndrome, kidney deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syn-drome, kidney yang deficiency and kidney gas deficiency and infertility in high frequency the syndrome. The main organs involved in infertility are spleen, kidney and liver, and the clinical compatibility is very flexible, which has emphasis.
