滋阴行气法联合生物反馈治疗功能性排便障碍的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察滋阴行气法联合生物反馈治疗功能性排便障碍的临床疗效和安全性。方法将120例患者随机分为3组,对照组1单纯采用生物反馈治疗,对照组2单纯采用肠润方辨证口服,治疗组采用肠润方辨证口服联合生物反馈治疗,疗程3周。观察治疗前、疗程结束时、随访3个月的便秘情况,并予评分量化比较。结果疗程结束后及随访3个月,治疗组便秘症状总积分明显低于对照组1、对照组2,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),总有效率高于对照组1、对照组2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组随访3个月便秘主要症状积分较治疗前明显减低(P<0.05),与疗程结束后相比无明显差异性(P<0.05)。3组均未出现严重不良事件。结论滋阴行气法联合生物反馈治疗功能性排便障碍具有中远期疗效且安全。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safty of nourishing yin for activating qi method combined with biofeedback therapy in the treatment of functional constipation. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups. The control group one was treated with biological feedback therapy. The control group two was treated with Changrun prescription, and the treatment group was treated with Changrun prescription and biological feedback therapy for three weeks. Scores of the constipation were examined to evaluate the effect before and after the treatment and three-month of following-up. Results After treatment and 3-month following-up,the constipation-score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control one group and control group two（ P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control one group and control two group（P〈0.05）. After following-up for 3 months, the scores of conspitation were obviously lowered than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and had no significant difference with those after the treatment. After following-up for 3 months, no serious adverse events occurred in the 3 groups. Conclusion The nourishing yin for activating qi method combined with biofeedback therapy in the treatment of functional constipation has a long-term curative effect and safety.
