摘　　要：通过对某大学大五年级中医专业学生的问卷调查,分析个人兴趣与中医专业学生就业意向的相关性,以自行设计的调查问卷,调查选择中医专业的动机、个人兴趣组中医专业学生对中医发展前景的认识、是否继续考研深造以及今后的职业意向等,结果表明个人兴趣对中医专业学生看好中医前景、愿意考研深造和希望从事中医临床工作之间具有相关性,为高等中医药人才培养的教学改革提供依据与思路。According to the self-design questionnaire investigation on the TCM college students of fifth grade, the correlation between individual interest and employment expectations was analyzed. The selective motives of TCM specialty, the awareness of TCM development prospect in students with individual interest of TCM, the intentions of advanced study and the employment intension and so on were investigated. The results showed that the individual interest had correlation with ＂Optimistic of TCM Advanced study＂ and ＂Engaged in TCM clinical work＂ in TCM students, then provide a basis and thinking of educational reform Chinese medicine personnel training.
