摘 要:通过提出一种四悬臂复合换能器行波超声波电动机,提高了超声波电动机的输出力矩和性能。该电机由4个换能器、圆筒和转子组成,4个换能器均匀地分布在圆筒四周。通过控制输入激励信号,实现在圆筒上激励出在时间上相差π/2的纵弯模态行波,通过圆筒上齿和转子耦合使转子产生运动。在分析电机工作机理的基础上,建立了纵弯复合换能器式圆筒行波超声波电动机的有限元模型,通过对模态进行分析,最终实现电机纵振和弯振的复合模态简并。A cantilever muhi longitudinal flexural composite transducer type ultrasonic motor was put forward in order to effectively improve the longitudinal flexural composite transducer mechanical output performance and the motor by four trans- ducer, the cylinder and the rotor component and four transducer uniform distribution around the cylinder. By controlling the input excitation signal, to achieve on the cylinder excited ,rr/2 longitudinal bending mode traveling wave difference in time, through the cylinder upper teeth and rotor coupling the rotor motion. According to the analysis of the working mechanism of motor based on the established finite element model of longitudinal flexural composite transducer type cylindrical traveling wave ultrasonic motor. Through modal analysis of characteristics of modal frequency of the structure parameter sensitivity anal- ysis, the ultimate realization of motor longitudinal bending vibration of simply and. The motor driving foot of the particles on the surface of the vibration trajectory are analyzed, the transient analysis of motor driving foot surface particle trajectories close to ideal elliptic trajectory, results are analyzed for the development of physical prototype provides a theoretical basis.
