基于应用型人才培养的情景模拟教学改革研究——以人力资源管理教学实践为例

摘　　要：近年来,应用型人才培养强调实践教学改革,情景模拟作为实践性和可操作性较强的教学方法,可以在短时间内提高学生的认知能力和实践能力,教学效果突出。本文分析了情景模拟教学的特点与教学要求,以人力资源管理课程教学实践为例,对情景模拟教学进行了构建与效果验证,并总结了情景模拟教学运用时的注意事项。In recent years, the cultivation of applied talents emphasizes the reform of practical teaching, as a practical and operable teaching method, scene simulation can improve students＇cognitive ability in a short time,it have good teach- ing effect. This paper analyzed the characteristics and teaching requirements of scene simulation teaching, taking the Hu- man Resources Management Course Teaching Practice as an example, constructs and verifies the scene simulation teach- ing, and summarizes the attention when scene simulation teaching is used.
