摘　　要：目的:了解西藏疾病预防控制机构人员(以下简称疾控机构人员)工作满意度现状及其影响因素,为政府制定卫生政策提供科学依据。方法:采用现况研究的方法,利用第五次卫生服务调查里医务人员调查表所涉及的工作满意度量表和自行设计的一般情况调查表,通过PPS抽样方法调查西藏各级疾控机构人员的工作满意度。结果:共调查疾控机构人员220名,总体对目前工作满意度得分为(4.35±1.38)分,满意率为55.4%;薪酬制度、单位环境、设备条件及晋升机会4个满意度条目得分水平较低,分别为(3.25±1.62)分、(3.32±1.61)分、(3.45±1.55)分、(3.70±1.59)分。Logistic回归分析显示工作满意度主要影响因素有职称、专业背景、工龄、机构级别及科室。结论:西藏疾控机构人员工作满意度总体处于一般水平,应根据影响工作满意度的因素采取不同的管理措施和激励手段提高工作满意度。Objective： To investigate the job satisfaction and influencing factors of the staff in center for disease prevention, so as to provide the scientific basis for the establishing the health policy. Methods： All staff in centers for disease control and preven- tion were investigated by Probability Proportionate to Size Sampling in Tibet Autonomy Region, and cross-sectionally surveyed by using job satisfaction scale in the Fifth National Health Service Survey and a self-designed questionnaire about demographic. Resuits： A total of 220 health care workers were surveyed, the total job satisfaction score of the staff was （4.35± 1.38）, and the satisfaction rate was 55.4%. The score of pay （3.25±1.62）, work environment （3.32± 1.61）, working conditions （3.45± 1.55） and promotion （3.70± 1.59） was rather low. Logistic regression analysis shows the staff title, professional background, working years, institution level, department are the main factors affecting their job satisfaction. Conclusion： In general, the job satisfaction among the staff in center for disease prevention of Tibet Autonomy Region was at ordinary level. According to the influencing factors, dif- ferent administration measures and stimulating means should be adopted to improve the job satisfaction.
