摘  要:目的建立气相法测定鹿血酒中甲醇和仲丁醇、正丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇、异戊醇5种杂醇油成分。方法Agilent HP-INNOWax(30 m×320μm×0.25μm)柱;程序升温;进样口温度230℃,进样量1μL,分流比50∶1;氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),温度250℃;外标法定量。结果鹿血酒中甲醇与5种杂醇油成分分离良好,在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好;加样回收率为91.6%~106.3%,定量限为2~11μg·mL^(-1),检出限为1~6μg·mL^(-1)。结论本法简便,准确,可用于鹿血酒中甲醇和5种杂醇油成分的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of methanol and fusel oils including 2-butyl alcohol,n-propanol,isobutanol,n-butanol and isoamyl alcohol in Luxue Wine by gas chromatography. Methods An Agilent HP-INNOWax( 30 m×320 μm×0.25 μm) column was applied to analyze methanol and five fusel oils in Luxue Wine by GC method with the programmed temperature procedure.The temperature of injector was 230 ℃,the injection volume was 1μL and the split ratio was 50∶ 1.Flame ionization detector( FID) was applied and the temperature was 250 ℃.The external standard method was used to quantify the content of methanol,2-butyl alcohol,n-propanol,isobutanol,n-butanol and isoamyl alcohol in Luxue Wine.Results The components of methanol,2-butyl alcohol,n-propanol,isobutanol,n-butanol and isoamyl alcohol in Luxue Wine were well separated.The components showed a good linear relationship in a certain concentration range.The average recovery was in the range of 91. 6% ~ 106. 3%. The limit of quantitation( LOQ) was in the range of 2 ~ 11 μg·mL^-1; The limit of detection( LOD) was in the range of 1~6 μg·mL^-1.Conclusion The method was simple and accurate for the determination of methanol,2-butyl alcohol,n-propanol,isobutanol,n-butanol and isoamyl alcohol in Luxue Wine.
