摘 要:通过碱、稀酸、热处理在纯钛表面构建纳米级网状生物活性层,采用场发射电镜和X射线能量色散谱仪观察三组试件表面微观形貌和元素组成。小鼠骨髓间充质干细胞与三组试件共培养,体外评价试件表面的生物活性。结果表明碱酸热处理组试件表面仍呈现精细的网状结构,碱酸热处理可以脱除试件表面钠元素。体外细胞培养结果表明,碱酸热处理表面具有良好的生物活性。The nanoscale bioactive layer was fabricated on the surface of pure titanium by alkali, dilute acid and heat treatment. The surface morphology and elemental composition was analyzed by field emission scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy, respectively. Bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) and modified titanium specimen were co-cuhured to evaluate the effect of modified bioactive layer on the biological ac- tivity of BMSCs. The result showed that fine nano-network structure was also generated on the surface by alkali- acid-heat treatment, sodium in the surface was removed by alkali-acid-heat treatment. The bioactive layer with a fine nano-network structure on the surface of pure titanium can show good biocompatibility.
