摘　　要：山东省自2012年组织春季高考起,各高校在春季高考本科招生、培养方面出现学生理论基础较差、地区间存在不合理性、专业划分不合理、考核指标不明确等问题,直接影响到相关普通高校的教学运行及学生未来就业,并提出改革建议。Since the beginning of the spring college entrance examination in Shandong Province in 2012, some colleges and universities have participated in the undergraduate enrollment and training program. However, there are many problems such as poor theoretical basis of some students, irrationality among the regions, unreasonable professional division and undefined evaluation index which not only directly affect the teaching operation of relevant ordinary colleges and universities, but also affect the future employment of students. It is of great significance to analyze the problems existing in the undergraduate enrollment and training mode of the spring college entrance examination in Shandong province. This paper finally puts forward reform suggestions.
