血清C-反应蛋白对弥漫大B淋巴瘤患者预后评估及相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)的表达对于弥漫大B淋巴瘤(DLBCL)意义及其与预后之间的关系。方法选取91例在我院住院治疗的DLBCL患者;同期选取健康体检者87例,采用酶联免疫法检测所有受试人群的CRP水平,比较不同分期、分型患者的CRP水平。结果 DLBCL患者的CRP表达水平为(24.03±6.92)mg/L,相比于健康人群的(6.59±2.87)mg/L明显提高,对照组与不同病理分期CRP水平比较,差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05),且随着临床分期增加而逐渐上升;高表达CRP患者化疗有效率为44.83%,低表达CRP组为77.27%,组间比较差异有统计学意义,χ~2=31.728,P<0.05。其中对照组的血清CRP水平均低于GCB组和NGCB组,而GCB组低于NGCB组,组间比较差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论采取CRP检测可以有效反应不同类型、分期及疾病严重度DLBCL患者疾病状况的变化以及预后评估。Objective To investigate the significance of C-reactive protein（CRP） expression in patients with diffuse large B lymphoma（DLBCL） and its relationship with prognosis.Methods 91 cases of DLBCL patients in our hospital were selected, and the healthy subjects were selected in the same period of time.The concentrations of CRP in all subjects were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） in 87 cases.Results The expression level of CRP in patients was DLBCL（24.03 ＋ 6.92） mg/L.Compared to healthy people（6.59 ＋ 2.87） mg/L, it increased significantly.When compared the control group and the different pathological stages of CRP levels, there was a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）, and with the level increased with clinical stage increased.The high expression rate in patients with CRP chemotherapy was 44.83%, and the low expression of CRP group was 77.27%.There were significant differences between groups χ^2=31.728, P〈0.05.The serum CRP level in control group were lower than that of GCB group and NGCB group, while the GCB group was lower than in NGCB group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion CRP detection can effectively reflect the different types, stages and severity of disease in patients with DLBCL disease which can help to estimate the disease changes and prognosis.
