摘　　要：目的:分析舒血宁注射液临床不同用药剂量对肝功能影响。方法:选取2015年6月—2016年6月本院收治的60例患者为研究对象,随机分为各30例,对照组给予说明书推荐剂量,20 m L/次,1次/d,实验组给予超说明书用药剂量,21~50 m L/次,1次/d,观察两组患者治疗前后ALT、AST等指标变化。结果:治疗前,两组ALT、AST对比,差异不显著,治疗后,实验组的ALT、AST均高于治疗前与对照组,但经比较,差异不显著。经单因素分析显示,舒血宁注射液临床用药与年龄、性别与病情严重程度有关;经多因素分析证实,高龄、男性及危急证为独立危险因素。结论:临床上舒血宁注射液超过说明书推荐剂量可能影响着患者肝功能,实践中应根据说明书及患者具体病情,设计个性化与针对性的用药方案,以此保证用药有效性与安全性。Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of Shuxuening Injection of different doses on liver function. Methods： Sixty patients in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2015 as the research object,were randomly divided into the control group（ 30 cases） which was given the manual recommended dose,20 m L/times,once a day and the experimental group which was given a dose of 21-50 m L/times,once a day. Observe two groups＇ AST,ALT and other indicators changes after treatment. Results： Before treatment,the two groups＇ AST and ALT difference was not significant. After treatment,the experimental group＇ ALT and AST were higher than those before treatment and those of the control group. But the difference was not significant. The single factor analysis showed that the effect of Shuxuening Injection in clinical medication,age and sex were related to the severity of the disease. The multiple factor analysis showed that the age,male and critical risk factors were the independent risk factors. Conclusion： The clinical effect of more than manual recommended doses Shuxuening Injection may affect the liver function of patients. In practice,we should according to the specification and the patient＇s specific condition,design the personalized and targeted medication programs in order to ensure the effectiveness and safety of medication.
