参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗进展期结肠癌的疗效以及对血清TNF-α和IL-2水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗进展期结肠癌的疗效以及治疗后血清中TNF-α和IL-2水平的变化情况。方法:将2010年1月—2015年12月期间的92例进展期结肠癌病人随机分成观察组与对照组,观察组采用参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗,对照组采用单纯化疗治疗,比较两组的治疗疗效,血清TNF-α和IL-2水平以及不良反应情况。结果:观察组对实体肿瘤的总有效率的高于对照组,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血清中的的TNF-α和IL-2水平显著的低于对照组,比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);观察组的白细胞减少、末梢神经炎、恶心呕吐以及脱发等不良反应的发生率较对照组没有显著的差异(P>0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗显著的提高了进展期结肠癌患者的治疗有效率,改善了免疫功能。Objective： To study the efficacy of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with oxaliplatin in advanced colon cancer and the changes of serum TNF-α and IL-2 levels after treatment. Methods： Between January 2010 and December 2015,92 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy. The control group was treated with simple therapy. To compare treatment efficacy,serum TNF-α and IL-2 levels and toxicity. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group＇s and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-2 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of leukopenia,peripheral neuritis,nausea,vomiting and alopecia were not significantly different between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The combination of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with oxaliplatin significantly improve the efficiency and the immune function in the treatment of advanced colon cancer patients.
