摘　　要：气血失调是疾病产生的根本原因,也是中风病的基本病机,祖国医学在诊治中风病上积累了丰富的经验,尤其是从气血论治方面,文章将从气血辨证关系、理论基础和方药研究三个方面进行论述。Disorder of Qi and blood is the fundamental cause of disease and also the basic pathogenesis of stroke. Chinese medicine in the treatment of stroke has accumulated rich experience,especially in the aspects of treatment based on the Qi and blood. This review discussed the syndrome differentiation basis of Qi and blood and the pharmacological research.
