摘　　要：企业实践是"双师型"教师队伍建设的有力举措。为保障教师企业实践富有成效,提出实践工作内容应从专业方向、企业需求和新技术、新工艺三方面体现实践内容的针对性;为保障实践工作的顺利开展,提出实践工作应从量化工作内容、实行企业导师制度和健全完善校企合作机制三方面提高实践内容的可操作性;提出企业实践应采用过程考核的方式结合最终的物化成果由校企双方公平、公正地进行考核评价。Enterprise practice is a powerful measure for the construction of ＂double qualified＂teachers. In order to have a more effective enterprise practice,job contents focus on specialty direction,enterprise demand,new technology and new process. For guaranteeing the smooth development of practical work,we also should improve the operability from three aspects：quantifying work content,implementing enterprise tutor system and improving school enterprise cooperation mechanism; then it poses the assessing ways that process examination combining the final materialization results carried out by enterprise and school fairly and impartially.
