摘 要:动力总成悬置系统的性能与整车NVH密切相关,在设计初期,通过系统解耦计算来确定悬置的刚度特性,使系统性能满足整车NVH要求。建立了动力总成6自由度模型,采用能量解耦法计算系统的解耦度和模态频率。系统性能优化时,结合车型开发的具体情况,在众多影响计算结果的参数中,选取悬置刚度作为变量,通过调整悬置结构达到优化刚度的目的,使系统解耦度和模态频率分布满足设计要求。The performance of power-train mount systems is closely related to vehicle NVH, in the initial stage of designing, through decoupling calculation to obtain mount stiffness, and then the system performance can satisfy the requirement of vehicle NVH. A 6 DOFs model for power-train mount systems is established, energy decoupling method is used to compute natural frequency and decoupling ratio. When optimize the system performance, consider the real situation of the car, among all the parameters, chose the mount stiffness as variable, change the instruction of mount to optimize the stiffness. At last, system decoupling ratio and natural frequency satisfy design requirement.
