摘　　要：目的探讨SmartXide2型CO_2激光治疗仪对卵巢切除后妇女外阴-阴道萎缩的治疗效果。方法入组23例外阴-阴道萎缩患者,均为因子宫内膜癌行子宫全切术和双侧附件切除术且未见复发的患者,均接受SmartXide2型CO_2激光治疗仪的治疗,然后采用阴道萎缩症状评分评价临床疗效。结果治疗后1个月阴道萎缩症状评分包括阴道干涩、阴道瘙痒、性交痛及总分均较治疗前显著改善,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。患者总体满意率为91.30%(21/23)。全组未见治疗相关并发症发生。结论 SmartXide2型CO_2激光治疗仪用于卵巢切除后妇女外阴-阴道萎缩的治疗,能够明显改善患者的外阴-阴道萎缩症状,提高患者满意度,且并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy of SmartXide2 CO2 laser in the treatment of vulvovaginal atrophy after ovariectomy. Methods Twenty-three patients with vulvovaginal atrophy from endometrial carcinoma underwent complete hysterectomy and bilateral adnexectomy, were treated with SmartXide2 CO2 laser, and the clinical efficacy were observed by using atrophic vaginitis evaluating score. Results After 1 months, the atrophic vaginitis evalua- ting scores （vaginal dryness, vaginal itching, sexual pain and total scores） were lower than before treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. The overall satisfaction rate of patients was 91.30% （21/23）. No treatment related complications were ob- served. Conclusion SmartXide2 CO2 laser is effect and safe in the treatment of vulvovaginal atrophy after ovariec- tomy, and can improve the vulvovaginal atrophy symptoms and satisfaction of patients.
