摘  要:目的探讨全科医学继续教育中合适的教学方法。方法在继续教育培训项目中,根据教学内容使用4种不同的教学方法,通过问卷调查比较学员对不同教学方法的满意度;评估使用互动式教学方法的教师是否能够达到继续教育的考核目的。结果学员对4种教学方法的满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);青年学员对互动式教学更感兴趣,中年学员更乐于接受传统的讲座式教学;通过问卷考核结果与互动式教学教师评价结果基本符合。结论因材施教与因人施教是取得教学成功的关键,教师可以在互动式教学过程中完成教学考核。Objective To explore suitable teaching methods to continue education in general medicine.Methods In the training projects,we use four different teaching methods according to the teaching content,compare the teaching effect of different teaching methods through the questionnaire survey;Assess whether or not to use interactive teaching method of teachers can achieve continue education assessment.Results There was no significant differences on the satisfaction degree of the four kinds of teaching methods(P〉0.05);Young students more interested in interactive teaching,middle-aged students more accepted the impartment of traditional teaching;The assessment results by the questionnaire and the results are basically in agreement with interactive teaching teacher evaluation.Conclusion According to their aptitude and differential treatment in education is the key to the success of teaching,teachers can be done in the interactive teaching process teaching evaluation.
