摘  要:目的探讨临床路径式教学法在血液内科临床实习带教中的应用效果。方法以2014—2015年在遵义医学院附属医院血液内科实习的60名临床实习医师作为研究对象,其中实验组30人,采用临床路径教学法进行实习教学;对照组30人,采用传统教学模式进行实习教学。结果实验组实习医师的考核成绩优于对照组,在理论知识、病例分析能力、临床实践能力等方面优于对照组实习医师,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径教学法在血液内科实习教学中的应用可以提高临床教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathway teaching method in clinical practice teaching of hematology.Methods 60 interns from Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College were randomized into the experimental group and the control group from 2014 to 2015.30 students in the experimental group were taught with clinical pathway method,while the other 30 students in the control group were taught with the traditional teaching method.Results The experimental group and control group,scores of theoretical knowledge,prolem-solving ability and clinical practice in test group were lower than control,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway teaching method has great feasibility in hematology practice teaching.It can obviously improve the teaching efficacy and students' quality.
