摘  要:目的探讨疼痛学临床操作教学中使用CBE(competency based education)教学的效果。方法以2013—2016年在疼痛科病房进行临床实习的研究生为研究对象,随机分为两组,30例对照组和30例CBE组。对照组采用传统教学,CBE组采用CBE教学。对比:(1)对照组和CBE组成绩测评;(2)对照组和CBE组教学满意度。结果 (1)对照组和CBE组笔试成绩结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和CBE组操作成绩结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)对照组和CBE组教学方法满意度分别为(85.3±4.6)分、(94.7±2.4)分,结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疼痛学教学中使用CBE教学能更好地突出疼痛学的教学重点,提高学生成绩,提高分析和解决问题的能力。Objective To study the effect of CBE(competency based education) teaching in clinical pain management.Methods From 2013 to 2016 clinical medicine students were chose for the study,randomly divided into 2 groups,30 students for the control group and 30 students for the CBE group.The control group used traditional teaching,while the CBE group was applied CBE teaching.Comparison:(1) The control group and CBE group pain management achievements;(2) The control group and the CBE group teaching method satisfaction.Results(1) There was significant difference between the control group and the CBE group in both writing test results and operating results(P〈0.05).(2) The teaching method satisfaction of the control group and the CBE group were(85.3±4.6) and(94.7±2.4),the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Pain management education using CBE teaching can better highlight the teaching emphasis of pain,improve students' achievement,increase students' analysis and problem-solving skills.
