摘　　要：在肾脏疾病中,临床诊断思路尤为重要。教学中要着重临床思路的培养,根据多年的临床教学经验,总结出肾小球疾病的诊断思路方法,首先通过蛋白尿及血尿明确病位,其次要分清原发性与继发性肾脏病,对于肾穿刺者,需要把握穿刺时机、了解穿刺相关注意事项,此外,与患者的沟通也较为重要。通过教学实践,取得了良好的效果。For renal disease,clinical diagnosis is particularly important.The training of clinical thinking is the focus of teaching.According to our clinical experience in many years of teaching,summed up the diagnostic method of glomerular disease,specific disease,distinguish primary and secondary renal biopsy,grasp the timing,patient communication aspects,through the teaching practice,and achieved good results.
