摘　　要：随着我国医疗整体水平的高速发展和国家科技投入不断加大,医院科技活动迅猛发展,科研成果不断涌现,科研管理部门任务越来越繁重,传统的科研管理方式已经遇到管理瓶颈,国内大部分高校及附属机构均已启动科研管理信息系统的建设,但如何进一步提高系统建设的质量和实用性,仍是需要攻关的一项重要课题。本文阐述了科研管理信息系统建设的内涵、必要性及影响因素,并结合工作实际介绍科研管理信息系统建设在框架和模块设计等方面的成绩和体会。With the fast development of overall level of medical treatment and the constant increase in investment of national science and technology, scientific and technological activities are developing rapidly, scientific research results are constantly spring up so management departments of scientific research are carrying on greater and greater loads of tasks. Furthermore, traditional management method of scientific research is facing management bottleneck,which makes most universities and the affiliated institutions nationwide launch the construction of information system for scientific research management. However, to improve the system construction quality and practicability is anther issue to be conquered. The authors expound the connotation,necessity, and the influencing factors, and introduce the achievement and experience in frame and mode designs of the construction of information system for scientific research management combined with practical work.
