摘　　要：目的探讨广西地区帕金森病(PD)患者便秘的临床特点。方法选取我院门诊或住院部连续的PD患者141例,根据是否便秘又分为便秘组和非便秘组(其中便秘组76例,非便秘组65例)。收集各组临床资料,采用PD综合评分量表第3部分(UPDRSⅢ)评分、H-Y分期量表(H-Y)对患者进行测评和比较。结果 76例便秘患者中,28例(36.8%,28/76)患者的便秘症状先于运动症状出现。便秘组和非便秘组性别分布(P=0.811)和起病年龄差异无统计学意义(P=0.646)。与非便秘组相比,便秘组的病程长、UPDRSⅢ评分高、H-Y分期高(所有P<0.05)。结论广西地区PD患者的便秘发生率较高。便秘症状先于运动症状出现的比例较高,提示便秘可能是PD的早期症状。Objectives To investigate the chnical characteristics of constipation in patients with Parkinson＇s disease （PD） in Guangxi province. Methods A total of 141 patients with PD were enrolled in this study. According to whether constipation was divided into constipation group and non-constipation group （ including 76 cases with constipation and 65 cases without constipation）. The clinical data were collected and the patients were evaluated and compared by using the UPDRS Ⅲ score and the H-Y staging scale （H-Y）. Results 28 patients （36. 8% , 28/76） of the 76 patients with constipation had symptoms before exercise symptoms occurred. There was no significant difference in the sex distribution between the constipation group and the non-constipation group （ P = 0. 811 ） and the age of onset （ P = 0. 646）. Compared with the non-constipation group, the course of the constipation group was longer, the UPDRS m score was higher and the H-Y stage was higher （all P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Constipation symptoms before the occurrence of a higher proportion of motor symptoms, suggesting that constipation may be early symptoms of PD.
