摘 要:目的:探讨产前胎儿侧脑室扩张与婴幼儿神经系统发育的相关性。方法:选择212例产妇为研究对象,其中产前彩超检查时,胎儿诊断为单纯性侧脑室轻度扩张产妇106例(观察组),胎儿健康的产妇106例(对照组)。分析产前胎儿侧脑室扩张与婴幼儿神经系统发育的相关性。结果:与对照组比较,观察组新生儿行为神经测定评分、智力年龄及发育商评分均明显降低(P<0.01)。胎儿侧脑室扩张的孕周、侧脑室前角变化值、智力年龄及发育商评分均无相关关系(P>0.05);侧脑室异常的数目、前角宽度、后角变化值与新生儿行为神经测定评分、智力年龄及发育商评分均呈负相关关系(P<0.05~P<0.01);侧脑室后角宽度与智力年龄及发育商评分均呈显著负相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:侧脑室扩张影响胎儿神经系统的发育,侧脑室前后角宽度显著扩大会严重降低新生儿的智力发育水平。Objective: To explore the correlation between antenatal fetal lateral ventricle expansion and nervous system development in infants. Methods: Two hundred and twelve puerperas with mild simple lateral ventricle expansion fetus and 106 puerperas with healthy fetus diagnosed by prenatal color Doppler ultrasound were divided into the observation group and control group,respectively. The correlation between antenatal fetal lateral ventricle expansion and nervous system development in infants was analyzed. Results:Compared with the control group,the scores ofneonatal bebavioral neurological assessment,mental age and developmental quotient significantly decreased in observation group( P〈0. 05). There were not correlations in fetus gestational age of lateral ventricle expansion,change of the anterior horn of lateral ventricle,mental age and developmental quotient score( P〉0. 05). The abnormal number of lateral ventricle,width of anterior angle of lateral ventricle and change value of lateral ventricle posterior angle were negatively correlated with the neonatal bebavioral neurological assessment score,mental age and developmental quotient score( P〈0. 05 to P〈0.01). The width of lateral ventricle posterior angle was significantly negatively correlated with the mental age and developmental quotient score( P〈0.01). Conclusions: The expansion of the lateral ventricle affects the development of neonatal nervous system. The significant expansion of the width of lateral ventricle anterior and posterior angle can seriously reduce the development level of intelligence in neonates.
