摘 要:目的:测定文冠果壳中总多酚含量。方法:用紫外分光光度法对文冠果壳总多酚含量进行测定。结果:没食子酸标品浓度在0.05~0.25mg范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.9998),回归方程为:Y=4.184X-0.0008,样品平均回收率分别为101.3%,稳定性RSD为2.50%,重复性RSD为1.27%,精密度RSD为1.88%。测得文冠果壳中总多酚含量为2.14mg/g。结论:该方法简单,稳定,可靠,可作为测定文冠果壳中总多酚的方法。Objective To determine the total polyphenol content (TP) in the husks of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. Methods UV spectrophotometric was used to determine the total polyphenol content of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge husks. Results The results showed that TP content of standard samples ( counted by gallic acid) was 2. 14mg/g . The standard of gallic acid concentration in 0. 05 - 0. 25mg/g range and the linear relations were good ( R2 = 0. 9998 ) , and the regression equation was y = 4. 184x - 0. 0008. The average recovery rates of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge was 101.3%. The stability of RSD was 2. 50%, the repeatability RSD was 1.27%, and the precision RSD was 1.88%. Conclusions The method was simple, accurate and suitable for measuring TP content in Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge husks.
