摘  要:[目的]探讨纸质版词条和电子版词条在精神心理护理教学中的应用效果。[方法]随机抽取2013级护理专科13班为观察组,2013级护理专科14班为对照组,观察组采用纸质版词条辅助教学,对照组采用电子版词条辅助教学。在词条创建前、词条创建后、词条创建1年后采用普通人群心理健康知识和精神疾病预防知识知晓率调查问卷(2)调查学生对精神心理疾病知晓率。[结果]观察组抑郁症、阳性症状为主的精神分裂症、阴性症状为主的精神分裂症、躁狂症评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]纸质版词条辅助教学可以提高学生对精神心理疾病的知晓率和精准程度。Objective:To probe into the application effect of paper entry and electronic entry in the teaching of mental nursing. Methods:2013 nursing specialist class 13 was selected randomly as observation group and 2013 nursing specialist class 14 was selected as the control group. In the observation group, paper entry was used as auxiliary teaching, while the control group was given the help of electronic entry. Before the entry was created, after the entry was created,and the entry was created 1 year later,the general population mental health knowl- edge and awareness of mental illness prevention knowledge questionnaire(2)were used to investigate the awareness rate of mental illness. Results:Depression, positive symptoms of schizophrenia, negative symptoms of schizophrenia, and mania scores of observation group were better than those in control group(P〈0.05). Conclusions: The paper entry for the auxiliary teaching could improve students' awareness of mental illness and accuracy rate.
