摘  要:针对肿瘤热化疗联用中的药物浓度场分布问题,分析肿瘤微血管中以及组织液中影响药物分子运动因素的影响,构建椭球形肿瘤组织中的药物浓度分布的物理模型,并仿真重建肿瘤域药物浓度分布。结果表明,肿瘤区域药物浓度分布呈由中心向四周递减的趋势,本研究为从理论层面上探索肿瘤热化疗中药物浓度场分布提供了数学依据。In order to investigate the distribution of drug concentration field during the process of thermo-chemotherapy in tumor,this study analyzes the coupling influence actors of drug molecule movement in capillaries and tissue,after that,physical model of drug concentration in tumor is built as a spheroid,then calculation and simulation are adoped to describe the distribution of drug concentration field in tumor.The result indicates that the drug concentration distribution stratifies which decreases progressively from center to edge of the tumor.The research provides theoretical foundation at mathematical level for exploring the distribution of drug concentration field during the thermo-chemotherapy process.
