摘  要:教育移民是促进少数民族和贫困地区教育及各项事业发展的重要举措。海南教育移民工程体现了创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念,是切实践行五大发展理念的具体表现。当然,为了更好地发展还需要不断模式创新、关心教师发展、统筹学校教育和家庭教育以及开发适宜的地方和校本课程。Abstract: Education immigration is a significant measure to promote the development of education and various undertakings in minority and poor areas. Representing the five development concepts--innovation, coordination, green development, opening up and sharing, the education immigration program in Hainan Province specifically and practically embodies those concepts. For better development, it is necessary to develop new models constantly, to care about teachers' improvement, to harmonize school education with family education, and to design appropri- ate local and school-based curriculum.
