摘　　要：经济伦理学承担着跨学科的研究使命,其研究对象是"伦理"与"经济"之间的复杂关系。首先,经济伦理学在立论前提上面临着"经济人"与"道德人"的共生问题;其次,指导经济主体的行为原则面临着无法兼顾公义与私利的胶着状态;最后,在实现路径上无论是自律还是他律都面临着种种进路问题。全球经济可持续发展的现实要求经济伦理学科必须面对这三个关键现实问题。Economic ethics undertakes the interdisciplinary research mission, whose research object is the interaction between ＂ethics＂ and ＂economy＂. Firstly, Economic ethics faced with the ＂economic man＂ and ＂moral person＂ symbiotic problem on the premise of augmenting. Secondly, the principle of behavior guiding the economic subject faces the stalemate which can not take into account the righteousness and selfishness. In addition, self-discipline or heteronomy are faced with all kinds of road problems. The reality of sustainable economic development in the world requires economic ethics disciplines to face these three key realities.
