摘　　要：高校意识形态工作无时无刻不面临着外来的、自生的和教育自身带来的各方面挑战。同时,高校也存在着对意识形态工作重要性认识不足、工作责任承担意识不强、工作方式方法缺乏艺术等现实问题。这就要求在具体工作中要落细落实意识形态工作责任制,包括加强组织领导、强化责任分工、及时分析研判、落实责任追究、完善相关体系等。Ideological work in colleges and universities is faced with all kinds of challenges from the outside, the self-generating and the education itself. At the same time, there are some problems in colleges and universities, such as the lack of understanding of ideological work importance, the lack of awareness of job responsibility, and the lack of art in the way of work and so on. This calls for the implementation of ideological work responsibility system in concrete work, including strengthening organizational leadership, strengthening the division of responsibilities, analyzing and judging in a timely manner, implementing accountability and improving relevant systems.
