摘 要:采用有机胺、有机酸和第三单体合成了抗高温油基钻井液用乳化剂,考察HLB值、胺值、酸值和黏度对乳化剂在高温下乳化能力的影响,并确定了合成条件。评价了合成乳化剂在高温下不同油水比基液的乳化能力,并与现有抗高温乳化剂进行对比。结果表明,在210℃下,不同油水比基液的乳化率为100%,油水比7∶3时,破乳电压为651 V,流变性能好且乳液稳定;高温老化48 h后,钻井液性能无变化,乳化性能优于现有抗高温乳化剂,说明合成乳化剂配制的乳状液及乳化钻井液具有良好的稳定性和抗高温能力。A thermostable emulsifier for oil based drilling fluids was prepared with an organic amine,an organic acid and a third monomer,the effects of HLB value,amine value,acid value and viscosity on the emulsifying ability of this emulsifier at high temperature were studied,the synthesis conditions of this emulsifier were identified,the emulsifying capacity of this synthesized emulsifier in the base solutions of different oil-water ratio was evaluated,and the performance of this emulsifier was compared with that of existing thermostable emulsifiers. According to the results of study,the emulsification percent of this emulsifier in the base solutions of different oil-water ratio at 210 ℃ is 100%,the rheological property is good and the emulsion is stable when the oil-water ratio is 7: 3,and the emulsion breaking voltage is 651 V,and the performance of the drilling fluid changed little with the emulsifying property of this emulsifier being better than that of existing thermostable emulsifiers after the drilling fluid was aged at high temperature for 48 h,indicating that the emulsion prepared with this synthesized emulsifier and the drilling fluid added with the emulsion have high stability and good heat-resistant property.
