摘 要:目的:观察Rh(C,E)相合输血在肿瘤贫血和非肿瘤贫血患者中的血色素升高差异;观察Rh(C,E)相合与Rh(C,E)随机输血在肿瘤贫血患者中血色素升高的差异。方法:通过对山西医科大学第一临床医学院40例肿瘤贫血患者Rh(C,E)相合和40例普通非肿瘤贫血患者Rh(C,E)相合输注浓缩红细胞前后血色素的变化情况进行对比分析;对40例肿瘤贫血患者Rh(C,E)相合和40例肿瘤贫血患者Rh(C,E)随机输注浓缩红细胞前后血色素的变化情况进行对比分析。结果:肿瘤相合组、非肿瘤相合组及肿瘤随机组输注浓红前后血色素每单位的改变值分别为5.006±2.705、6.927±3.744、3.978±1.723,其中肿瘤相合组和非肿瘤相合组比较、肿瘤相合组与肿瘤随机组比较,均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:(1)肿瘤患者Rh(C,E)相合输注浓红的效果明显不如非肿瘤患者。(2)肿瘤患者Rh(C,E)相合输注效果好于Rh(C,E)随机的输注效果。Objective:To observe the difference of hemoglobin in the patients with anemia and non-tumor anemia treated with Rh(C,E)consistent blood transfusion and observe the difference of hemoglobin in the patients with anemia treated with Rh(C,E)consistent blood transfusion and Rh(C,E)randomized blood transfusion.Method:By comparing the changes of hemoglobin before and after Rh(C,E)consistent blood transfusion of 40 patients with tumor anemia in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University and 40 patients with nontumor anemia,a series of conclusions were drawn.By comparing the changes of hemoglobin before and after Rh(C,E)consistent blood transfusion in 40 patients with tumor anemia in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University and 40 patients with anemia of tumor which are Rh(C,E)randomized blood transfusion,a series of conclusions were drawn.Result:(1)The data of 40 patients with tumor before and after Rh(C,E)consistent blood transfusion were processed and the results were obtained:Hemoglobin 5.006±2.705;(2)The data were processed before and after Rh(C,E)consistent blood transfusion in 40non-cancer patients:Hemoglobin 6.92±3.744;(3)The results of 40 patients with tumor anemia which are Rh(C,E)randomized blood transfusion were obtained :Hemoglobin 3.978±1.723.Then the variance analysis was performed on the(1)(2) data using SPSS(17.0).The results were P〈0.05,indicating that the differences between the two groups were statistically significant.Then the variance analysis was performed on the(1)(3) data using SPSS(17.0).The results were P〈0.05,indicating that the differences between the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)The effect of Rh(C,E)consistent blood transfusion of patients with cancer was significantly lower than that of non-cancer patients.(2)The effect of Rh(C,E)consistent blood transfusion of tumor patients might be better than that of Rh(C,E)randomize
