无偿献血者1例AxB亚型的鉴定分析

摘　　要：ABO血型系统有多种亚型,例如A3、Ax、Am、Ae1,其与正常红细胞的区别不光在抗原位点数量上,也表现在抗原性质上。通常这种细胞与抗A、抗B血清反应较弱,有时不能形成肉眼可见的凝集,极易漏检或错检。AxB血型是ABO血型系统有多种亚型中的一种,每个红细胞其抗原位点密度为4 800个,在我国汉族人口的比率为几万分之一。现将我地区发现的1例无偿献血者AxB亚型鉴定分析如下。To discuss the serological character of ABO subgroup through AxB（ABO subgroup）identification,and ensure the safety of blood transfusion.The serological character of the specimen from the donor was confirmed as AxB,and the major point of identification was distinguishing from B（A）.The vitro result may reflect the vivo reaction.ABO subgroup can go further to do molecular analysis.The transfusion rule of ABO subgroup is the same type or the compatible type.
