摘  要:通过分析现有锂电池注液工艺,阐述了恒真空度对锂电池注液系统的重要性,进而设计了恒真空度锂电池注液控制系统。对控制系统进行数学建模,提出了一种将模糊控制算法与连续PID控制相结合的自适应模糊PID控制方法。通过MATLAB对此模糊PID控制器进行了设计,并运用simulink进行仿真研究。结果表明,与常规控制系统相比,该控制系统具有更好的静态特性、动态特性、抗干扰能力、良好的稳定性和较强的鲁棒性。为后续基于PLC的模糊PID的恒真空度锂电池注液控制系统的工程实践提供了可靠的理论指导和依据,极大提高了该工程的自动化控制水平。A novel type of fuzzy proportionalintegralderivative control unit,dedicated to liquid injection of lithium-ion power batteryin vacuum,was developed. The original work included the new algorithm by combining the conventional continuous PID and self-adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithms. The performance of the conventional PID and new fuzzy PID control units,designed with MATLAB,was simulated with Simulink software. The simulation test results show that the novel fuzzy PID control unit outperforms the conventional PID controllers because of the many advantages,including but not limited to the better static/dynamic characteristics,greater anti-interference ability,better stability and stronger robustness. We suggest that the newly-developed fuzzy PID control unit may be of some technological interest in development of programmable logic control based fuzzy PID control system for industrial automation of Li-ion power battery.
